Centrally situated but in a quiet residential street. We stayed in the Garden Room and it was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bed was so comfy, warm and superb pillows everything for the best night’s sleep. We had a fireplace in our room and we used it on one night as it can get chilly in winter. Our room was spotless and we also had our own private garden entrance and a terrace to drink sundowners as we watched the sun go down. We had a tea/coffee tray with fresh milk daily in our room and a fridge was provided. A sherry decanter on the table next to the fireplace was a super touch! Great choice of TV channels in the room so able to watch the tennis Paris Olympics. The best thing for me personally is Charlie, the house cat seemed to take a shine to me and what a gorgeous boy he is. I hated leaving him!

The house is superbly located, in the center of Haenertsburg. Hosts responsive, communicative and helpful. The property itself is very clean, designed in a mindful way, elegant. We liked it very much. You will find everything you need there; private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and tea/coffee facilities, swimming pool, braai area, parking and even company of wonderful ibis birds that love to stroll in the garden. We will definitely be coming back, when visiting Haenertsburg again.

The villa is big and spacious, a perfect place for a family getaway or even a friendcation. My friends and I loved everything about the place from our bedrooms to the kitchen and the sitting room. Sadly we couldn't swim because it was slightly cold but the pool is also big. I enjoyed Johans hospitality and his wife, they helped us with anything we needed assistance with. I would go to this place over and over again
