Bobby is an excellent, caring and friendly host,he picked me up from the bus stop, waiting patiently as traffic held us up. A ride on the back of his motorbike to the hotel was great fun! Room spacious, double and single beds, wardrobe, chair and table, several power points, clothes stand. Directly outside the room is a wash basin, shower room and toilet next door, plus kitchen with kettle. Each guest is on a seperate floor, so very private. Sat up on the roof terrace in the sun one morning too. Central position, 2 minutes from Durbar Square, plenty of local shops including a supermarket next door to the hotel.

The rooms are exceptionally well decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. meals are very good and well priced. The staff are exceptional in meeting customers needs. Home is the perfect name for them because that is how I felt. I would very highly recommend to anyone to stay here, you will be very happy with your choice if you do.

We stayed in a big room in traditional style. It was so cosy that it felt like home. Nice room, comfortable bed and even an electric blanket and gas stove. Fantastic! The host and his family are very helpful and friendly. It is located in a quiet area in walking distance from the Pātan Durbar Square and the restaurants.

Wonderfully restored property in the Newari style close to Durbar square. Great terrace with delicious breakfast served to the table by very nice staff. The room is very beautiful, very large, well decorated, in good taste. Keep in mind that Newari style has low ceilings :-) and adapt to it. The Newari windows were gorgeous, nice to sit in the rocking chair next to the window, in the morning. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

In a prime location in the centre of Kathmandu, Kathmandu Madhuban Guest House provides free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive.

Babu and the staff were really friendly from the beginning and made me feel at home. The place has a beautiful garden and it's just next to the tourist bus stop. Very close to the centre of Thamel but still nice and quiet at night. Hope to come back here again.

The owner and the staff were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. They were always ready to answer questions and give directions and even recommended a good restaurant and timing for momo. The owner also helped me to book the tourist bus without charging any commission. The room was simple but very clean and well-maintained. I love my short stay here. I will definitely reserve a stay here if I ever visit Kathmandu again.

It’s always a little tricky booking a room on a budget in a new city, but Harsha boutique was extremely good value for money, very clean and modern, and for the dates we wanted to stay, by far the best hotel in Thamel, possibly all of Kathmandu for the price. The room was spacious, comfortable and very tidy, with fresh bedsheets on a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was just as tidy with towels and toiletries included. The staff were always very friendly, accommodating and informative and polite. The laundry service was good value and very efficient, returning our laundry on the same day both times. We stayed at Harsha boutique twice during our visit to Nepal and when we return we will be booking there again if they have availability.
