Such a lovely hotel. It's obviously a budget hotel at this price but we were made so welcome and comfortable by the amazing owners. The hotel is just minutes from all of the attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop with it's amazing views was plentiful and varied each day. Constant WiFi and hot water. No hesitation recommending this delightful hotel.

We stayed four days and felt warmly welcome every day. We were very surprised how clean, quiet and well organised this cosy place is. Everything is done with love: breakfast, afternoon and night tea, cleaning of rooms, providing advice for places to visite, and to go for Lunch and dinner, and books to read. Thank you very much for accomodating us, for this excellent experiance, we would come back any time. The family went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! Shekhar is a special person that has created a special place for travellers to come together, share and find a likeminded community which this place seems to attract. On arrival I felt immediately at peace as it feels like home and has the best energy. Shekhar is very generous with sharing his time to show guests around the hidden gems of Bhaktapur and knowledge of Nepali and Newari culture. Staying here wasn’t just a place to sleep, it was an experience of getting to really know the city and Nepali way of life. Staying here also reminded me of the important things in life - good company, community, music, spirituality, art, food, learning and exploring. It was one of the highlights of two months travelling Nepal which speaks volumes :)

First, we simply loved Bhaktapur! We were nicely welcomed to Milla's guesthouse, and honesly the place is a jewel. (I could easily live there!) The room nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the caretaker offered to guide us through the old city, it was a beautiful experience. At night we went for dinner at Tusa, a culinary experience by passionate restaurateur. (minutes away from the guest house). Breakfast was a delight!
