From the initial communication to the minute I left, I felt like a very welcomed member of the family not a guest! The son and mother team - Bader and Zora are amazing! They genuinely care that you are taken care of, feel at home, and have all you need. They go above and beyond to look after you and it was so appreciated. The riad is lovely, the place has thoughtful touches - room heater, hair dryer, rugs on the floor, side lamps for tables, it's the little things that make all the difference. Towels were spotless and fluffy, bedding pristine and when I got lost/locked out - they just help with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommened this riad and the family enough. Take breakfast at the fathers riad a few minutes away - he is just as lovely as his son and wife! The views from the breakfast area are incredible, the breakfast excellent value and the wifi strong enough for me to use for my work. Thanks for letting me do so! Bright double room with excellent sound-proofing whilst close to medina and various amenities. Younes as a host was so accommodating and friendly, Karima as the house cleaner was extremely kind and smiley. Cleanliness was maintained throughout and the mountain view from the rooftop is something else. It’s so grounding! Love that the accommodation is close to coffee shop, French pastry shop, dentists, nail salons, grand taxi stops, ah many more!

The building is beautiful and peaceful and it has an ancient water fountain which brings water from the mountains via ancient canals. The facilities are clean and the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. If you need anything at all - a towel, a blanket, a cup of tea, breakfast, tourism tips etc just ask and they will help you. The building has a terrace with views of the city and mountains and in the evening the staff serve drinks if you wish. It is a great place to meet people - other tourists, travellers and locals. Fantastic Hotel! Since 2006, I have been four times in this Hotel, and allways with a super positive impressions and experiencies! Really a very confortable, safe, clean, quiet, and very well located Hotel, with a hiper helpful and friendly staff, and all for a very low price ! This time, when I have got a problem with my car, the Manager went out of his way, in order to solve my concern in a recomendable and very profitional car shop, and in the end I have got a more than symbolic bill ! What could we look better ? Definitively, I will came again and again, all the times, I will be in Tetouan!
