On arrival it was plain to see that this place was going to be exceptional. We felt completely at home and the family went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The room was spotless and welcoming and the facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was always an experience to remember. So many different dishes to try that it is impossible to finish. We also had an evening meal which had an amazing choice of different curries that were more authentic and delicious than anything we have tried so far in Sri Lanka. We definitely recommend this superb homestay in Sigiriya.

The location is really nice as it is a bit away from the main toad (5min walk). The hosts are the nicest guys, which were ready to arrange everything we have asked for. They have arranged a safari in Kaudulla and then dropoff at the next hotel we were staying. They prepared us the most delicious curry and rice for dinner. Breakfast was also amazing, Srilankan’s pancakes and roti, fresh fruit and fresh juice. I recommend this hotel to everyone and we were sad that couldn’t stay for more nights.

Kalhara made our stay perfect. He organized wonderful tours (safari, temples, dance show), and her wife prepared amazing breakfast and dinner! Everyday we had a different menu, always good and with Sri Lankan delicacies. The room was huge, spotless clean, with a very comfortable bed. The garden is beautiful, with palm trees and flowers, with a nice patio where we relaxed before dinner.. We had also a very nice walk close to the lake and ricefields, from the road in front of the hotel. We strongly recommend Swan lake to everyone wants to enjoy Habarana area

I highly recommend this hotel. The owner is incredibly kind. The breakfast was the best I've had in Sri Lanka. Additionally, we had dinners that were also delicious. Everything was clean. The room had air conditioning and water. The place is away from the city center, but it's definitely worth visiting.

One of the best rooms we had so far in Sri Lanka, good hot shower and WiFi. All good restaurants within 5/10 min walking distance. The Lion Rock is also nearby. The breakfast is really good and the owner is really friendly and tries giving you a good time!

The hosts (Wanda and Leo) are super friendly and ensured that our Sri Lanka experience started really well. They were attentive to our travelling wishes, and they did not only organise several trips for us but they did also suggest travelling tips. The hotel and the rooms are clean and nice, and the hotel staff is also super friendly and can prepare a really good breakfast!
