When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Iqbal, who is a very friendly person. He explained to us that they were overbooked and we were upgraded to a better room, free of charge. The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beach. In the same alley on the main road there is a small local restaurant with delicious food and the best prices in town (on google maps - Bite for break, otherwise restaurant's name is Manha Restaurant). Mr. Iqbal was very helpful, and he also explained to us the bus connections to our next destination. If you have any problem, you just call him. Also arranges scooter rental for a good price. Breakfast was delicious and varied every day. You can't go wrong booking with them!

Apple is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in Sri Lanka—if not in the entire world. I’ve never been so sad to leave an accommodation before; it truly felt like leaving a friend behind. Really nice place! One minute from the beach and 15 minutes from whisky point (surf spot). Kind and always available staff. The owner organised for us the Kumana Safari (just two of us on the Jeep), the Lagoon safari and the road trip to Ella, everything without commissions. We also tried the restaurant and was really good, always fresh fish and fresh fruit.
