The lovely owners of this little guesthouse were so welcoming and helpful. We had a spacious well appointed room on the ground floor. Shared kitchen and bathroom...both perfect.

The landlord is extremely kind. When I moved in, he gave me a detailed introduction on how to use the room. There's a clean kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a huge bedroom—it's fantastic! The landlord even lent me a bicycle, allowing me to explore the Yokai City in Sakaiminato freely! What's more amazing is that the landlord is actually from New Zealand! When he learned my name is Kiwi, he looked astonished. When I showed him my kiwi bird profile picture, we high-fived excitedly! What a wonderful coincidence! He kept showing me the New Zealand elements in the house, and there were really many!

We had a great time at GuestHouse AZMO. The facilities are super clean and the house offers everything you need for your stay in Matsue. The owner is really friendly and provided us with a lot of information about the things to do in the area. He even drove us to Matsue station when we had to leave early in the morning.

The host was extremely polite and helpful. I wouldn't be able to continue my bike touring journey without his help - for which I'm still deeply thankful. I hope you've got your rope back through the mail! Great couple of food options nearby and the neighbourhood is quiet. There is a garage with tools which was a wonderful addition for a biker.
