The room was surprisingly large and spacious, and the breakfast was lovely. The absolute most wonderful part were the hosts though: they were incredibly kind and accommodating even though I had an unusual arrival and departure schedule. Japanese accommodation at its best. Immediate and helpful replies to messages. A very stylish and typical Japanese place next to a temple. Plenty of room, clean, well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. following was available on site: yoga equipment, outside seating and bbq, we were able to attend a buddhist ceremony in the temple If you're looking for a place for an extended time for some peace and quiet or just a short stay, both works. Very friendly and helpful host.
