Nice city, easy to get to in any direction. For a family with a car, a very good hotel, very tasty coffee, a beautiful view from the window, from all sides. Quiet at night. Pet friendly!!!!!!! The room has everything, excellent kitchen, bathroom. The bedroom is small, but you can take 2 bedrooms, then it will be like a full apartment. There are 2 large rooms for 2 bedrooms each. I liked the price, quality, attitude. Everything is great! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful stay!

It’s the place to be! Great hosts, Reno & Francesca who made us feel at home during our 10-day stay. Cleaning was done every day and the breakfast was more than enough. A very kind, accommodating, and communicative owner who will help you with various tips about the surroundings and Venice. The owner has excellent English knowledge. The room is decently furnished, clean, and comfortable, good size (and we were not even in the biggest room), and climatization works well. The bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is very good and served in a very reasonable morning time span. Car parking is excellent and is private. The accommodation itself has a very good location since the train station is easily reachable by car. A train ticket costs 2.90 EUR/person and I recommend buying it online (via a Trenitalia app or website) since ticket machines are not reliable at the station. Trains are very comfortable in Italy, they will bring you directly to Venice. Several shopping centers with good prices are also nearby (we bought there great wines and other food products).

Thanks to Elisa, her father in law, her uncle who were all very attentive and caring during our stay. The place is quite new and very well done. Loved that the check in and check out was easy. The pool is just mind blowing. We went for a swim, barely for 15 mins, but it was worth our time. There were only a few other guests which made us feel right at home. The rooms itself have everything, comfy beds and great pillows (really loved them), lots of storage, a desk and chair, side tables, coat hangers, TV, AC, etc. The bathrooms were large and beautiful. The velux window was just the cherry on top. The tiles and accessories in the bathroom are also very well done. The lift is nice and new. The steps are also beautifully done with the sit out area on the 1st floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was so thought through and well kept, just showed so much love and care. Everything was exceptional.

The breakfast room is very nice, as are the gardens and the rest of the public areas. The renovation is recent and joins a very modern design with the original elements of the building, which is historical. Staff very attentive: we forgot something in the room and they called us the following day to inform us.
