Really nice place, has a great vibe. The room is totally fine, nothing missing, although the beds could be a bit more comfy — but it’s no big deal, you can still get a good night’s sleep. As for breakfast, just a heads-up: it’s more like the local style, mostly cold dishes and generally on the sweet side. So if you’re from Poland (or anywhere used to warm breakfasts like scrambled eggs or sausages), you might be a bit surprised. But honestly, it’s got its own charm, and it’s a chance to try something different. Big thumbs up for the owner — super friendly guy, you can tell right away he cares about making sure guests feel welcome. 👍

The rooms and bathroom were large and clean. The owner was very kind and satisfied with our needs. The B&B is modern and has a convenient private parking. The Italian breakfast was good. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back next time.

This place is really amazing. It is not far from Duomo and it is a palace from 15th. century. Our room had original ceilings, nice old beds and beatiful flooring, so if you would like to try how did it feel to sleep in an old palace, try this out. In the morning Roberto, the owner, gave us a tour through the whole place. Amazing! Thank you Roberto. Karel and Marek.

I loved the minimalist refurbishment of the old building. The location was exquisite. It was incredibly clean and coffee and tea could be make in the room. Nice glass walled lift to let the light through so not dingy to go into. A surprise that 'breakfast not included' meant no breakfast available. I like eating a full breakfast but I appreciate the reduction in cost of no frills. It was a little disconcerting arriving after 6 pm and figuring out that 'no reception' meant no personnel available. But Jessica was just fine at answering emails - I had got up at 04.30 to get there and it was 38 degrees. It would be useful to have a taxi number to call. Initially I could not see the numbers on the white key pad because of the sun hitting it. So didn't realise where one keyed in the numbers but the waiter from the bar next door helped me.
