Stay here, you will not regret. The host, Lorena, is so lovely, she waited for us late, until 23:00, and she welcomed us with a glass of wine. Her property is beautiful and it has a soul. If you don't like chainy and modern, but boutique, this is a place for you. Also, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend it!

The hotel makes you feel welcome, more like you came to visit friends that just staying at a hotel. The staff goes out of their way to accomodate your requests and trusts you with anything, from bar to kitchen to use as you wish. Location in the heart of Motovun also couldn't be better. Breakfast is great and scrambled eggs with truffles a must, you're in the heart of the truffle country after all. Visiting the place in the winter proved the hotel is well heated, as opposed to many locations in the region that are great in the summer but lack proper heating. Everything is impeccably clean and friendly, so definitely one of the better holiday experience.

I love the staff and the personnel. They are truly incredibly caring and love what they do. They make the stay perfect. First of all the rooms are very nicely decorated and the mattress and bedding is very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful and very peaceful. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in many months while travelling. You can see they truly are passionate about what they do. I also recommend to go to the restaurant at night because they serve the best truffle pasta I’ve had in a long time. Upon the recommendation, we went to a local olive oil producer and we were very impressed with their kindness as well. I highly recommend Ponte Porton.
