Beautiful, scrupulously clean guest house in a simply stunning town. Breakfast was a delicious Georgian farmhouse meal with home made yoghurt and fresh eggs from the chooks. Superb location, quiet environment and fabulous hosts.

I was impressed with the building’s warmth and design. The hostess Tsitso was very friendly and charming and made awesome breakfasts for me and my husband. Also Rati (owner) did his best to help in any question. Our room was super clean and had a balcony and quite big bathroom. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Mestia and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot!

The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.

Everything about this place is perfect! The sisters Inga and Irma bring smiles to your face every time you see them. The athmosphere is very pleasant and comfortable, it really feels like you came to visit old friends. The food they prepare is delicious too; eat there if you can! I cannot say enough good things about this guesthouse! The owner is an angel! Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was such a warm, family feel there, and it was the perfect size for conversations with friends old and new. I will ABSOLUTELY stay here!
