Everything! Location was secluded and idyllic. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and so much thought had gone into making our stay comfortable. Very generous welcome tea, coffee and biscuits. Rooms were great, charming, almost stately home chintz! Bathrooms were clean and really well equipped with towels and quality toiletries. The gardens were beautifully maintained and it was such a joy to visit. The breakfast was outstanding - we would go out of our way to stay here again. Thank you!

Everything. The location was perfect - near train station and bus stops still very quiet. Not more than 10 minutes from the town centre. The whole house was furnished and decorated in great taste, to the tiniest detail. The room was spacious and cosy at the same time, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom with the walk-in shower was immaculate with quality accessories from the soft towels to the shower gel and shampoo. The elegant free standing bathtub in the room was the bonus. New nespresso capsules for the machine in the room every day, also fresh milk in the fridge just outside the room and a lot more. There was a great variety of warm and cold breakfast food and drink. On top of all that, our hosts, Jane and Ivan were kind, friendly and extremely helpful with tips for trips. The best accomodation and the loveliest hosts we had ever had. Impeccable 10+

Caroline and Colin really do a superb job. The full English breakfast was served in their lovely dining room overlooking their terrace and gardens. Everything was elegant and of the highest standard. Caroline could not have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend.
