The hosts Walter and Maria may be the nicest people in Ecuador. They are so lovely, hardworking, friendly, and helpful. The location is great, just off the trail to Quilotoa so you only need to start walking down hill in the morning. The hostel is very quiet. The food is good with nice big portion sizes. Definitely a good place to stay on the hike!

Cabañas Quilotoa is situated in Quilotoa and offers a garden, a bar and a shared lounge. The property has garden and quiet street views.

Roman the manager is fantastic- so helpful & very good English speaker. I loved the little pot belly fireplace in my room as arrived on a cold / rainy day.

We had to stay just for a night but everything was perfect : - delicious and large meals (dinner and breakfast) - very comfy beds - warm bedroom with a fire - lovely hosts - near the Laguna so you can start the loop right away I recommend it !
