The house itself was incredible. The history was extraordinary, and the grounds were beautiful.

We returned to historic Kurrara Guest house , our last stay was 30 yrs ago in 1995. It was so lovely to return. It is even more homely , with beautiful decor , antiques , lovely fabrics , all in Victorian / Edwardian theme. Evelyn and her husband were so welcoming and she recommended all the walks and view points in the Blue Mountains area nearby. Evelyn is the editor of the Blue Mountains tourist guide so her knowledge, history , & advice was invaluable for our stay. We loved our 2 day break here. Next time we will book the bedroom we stayed in 30 yrs ago (it had a four poster bed but think it was booked up ) to reminisce. Our bedroom we had this time was cosy and comfy. Breakfast great too. Highly recommend this guest house , will return.

The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel so welcome and even helped us out a lot when waiting for our luggage to arrive. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

the property has a unique feel and offers lots of privacy as well as open views of the woods. the hosts were so accommodating and responded to every message and offered suggestions for the area. we were greeted by the coziest room with everything you could ask for. the fire was amazing and the best super comfy!!
