Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house.

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

The place is awesome, very peaceful and quiet. The snow made it more beautiful for the winter season. The room with the bathroom was clean, warm, and very comfortable. They have a dining area with a kitchen, where I stay most of the time because of the ambiance and mountain view, perfect for my reading and relaxing, especially while having my breakfast. The location is easy to find; from Yerevan, I took a YandexGo taxi (you can download the app), which had a very reasonable fare (a minibus is also available, “Marshutka,” the owner will guide you how). As a solo traveler, I really felt at home and safe because the whole family was so supportive, and they are available to help any time. I will never forget my breakfast; it was very delicious, and I enjoyed it a lot. I arrive at night (almost 6 hours of land travel from Georgia), and they prepare a tasty dinner for me. The family was so kind that they were really so welcoming. My personal retreat and prayer encounter was truly great, for God blessed me with a wonderful experience in the BJNI Family Guest House with a very beautiful mountain view. On the opposite side of the BJNI Guest House is a typical river that is an excellent place for a short walk and to take in the local scenery.

Cozy House is a recently renovated guest house in Dilijan, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

A great near-new hotel right in downtown Sevan. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was by far the most comfortable of any of the hotel beds on our South Caucasus trip. The owner is a friendly and helpful chap, who is keen to let you taste the freshly brewed beer in the modern brewery downstairs, and get your opinion about it (it's unfiltered natural craft beer of high quality, very tasty; if you like it, you can buy the bottled beer at the factory shop next door). By the way, the hotel is built over the brewery, but otherwise fully separate from it. There are no smells or noises from the brewery at all. It's right in downtown Sevan, with a supermarket across the road and various shops, restaurants, ATMs at close walking distance. Lake Sevan is less than 15 minutes away by car. Overall a great hotel, probably the best hotel of our South Caucasus trip. Unreservedly recommended!

Thanks! Here's the corrected version: We stayed at *Rancho by HV* for three wonderful days and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

One of the best guesthouses we have stayed in in our many travels! The hosts were super nice and the food they cooked for us was amazing. The room was super clean and cute. And a cute cat :-) It may seem lost in the middle of nowhere, but it is worth the detour!
