Irina is a perfect host and such a wonderful woman. She speaks excellent English and gives advice and help for transport, tours, hikes ... everything you need to discover the area. The staff is really friendly and the food is delicious. The house is vert cosy and beds are super comfy.

We ordered a dinner from the host, the dinner is too enrich, and it's nice the host provided the breakfast in free of charge. The location is very good and about 5 mins walk to the monastery.

It was a pleasure to stay at this wonderful place. The location is truly great - a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, conveniently located near the historic Sanahin Monastery and Mikoyan brothers' museum. The guest house is newly built and impeccably clean. My room was cozy, comfortable with a homely atmosphere. The most enchanting and exceptional thing here - it's the hospitality of the hosts. This wonderful family is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with anything you may need. I'm immensely grateful to the hosts for their warmth and hospitality. I hope to have a longer stay here on my way back from Georgia :)

Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

Boasting a shared lounge, Berdavan Guesthouse is set in Berdavan. The property has mountain and garden views.

Great surprise find in the middle of woop woop Nice dinner and breakfast. The host is a very passionate permaculture gardener and showed me his garden. I sampled his produce, and selfmade wine and vodka.

Located in Alaverdi, Pottery House Sanahin features a garden and barbecue facilities. With river views, this accommodation features a terrace.

Everything was perfect, Marina welcomed me from the first moment as if I were one of her family... I can confirm that the score on booking is more than deserved. I also asked for dinner and breakfast not included in the price of the room but trust me it's worth it. The price of the meals was overall cheap. If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Cool place, crazy nature. Homemade products, ecological, real. Comfortable room, the room has everything you need. The hosts are hospitable and ready to help with everything. I liked everything, everything as planned. I advise you to stay here, because the place is just super. You can just forget about everything and enjoy life for real.

Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!
