If you want authentic local contact, a very nice stay! Very sympathic host, who can make you diner using their own garden harvest. Very affordable price to. Small village, still we had a hard time finding the accommodation. Highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner and his family. Room was clean, beds comfortable, countryside location was great. We slept very well and wish we could have stayed 1 more night.

Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

We stayed at Sanahin Old&New during our trip to Armenia and were very pleased. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Sanahin Monastery. The room was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helped us with transportation, gave useful tips about the area, and were always available. What we especially loved is the unique blend of the old Sanahin spirit with modern comfort. A place with true character!
