This was the absolute best location on our two-week itenerary in Albania! The garden is just amazing, looking over the lake. An absolute gem! Food was prepared by the family and was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. The family is also extremely nice, lovely!

Authentic, family run guest house in the heart of the cutest little village.. The location is fantastic and Rosas cooking is amazing. Having breakfast/dinner on the little terrace overlooking the lake is just magical. Do not expect luxury resort, this b&b is authentic village home and has so much charm. Our family loved staying here.

Friendly and nice staff, they cared about us, asked if we need something and what we want for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty. The owner of the house waited for us at the enter to the town and lead us to the house. The view from our room was amazing! The price was nice and what we got for our mone was more than much. Thank you😀

We stayed at Villa Ilo and we had a fantastic experience. The villa was neat, clean, and had everything we needed in our rooms. The location is perfect—right in the center of the village and close to the lake, making it easy to explore the area. What truly made our stay special were the owners, a lovely couple who treated us like family. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy and helped us create beautiful memories. The food was delicious and full of flavor—we enjoyed every meal. We truly enjoyed every second at Villa Ilo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, home-like atmosphere while on vacation.

A warm welcome by the host. He offered a free private parking spot. Safely outside the street, opposite of the house. The rooms are very cozy and the multiple balconies offer great views or privacy. Everything was clean and well done.

Rosa's place was exactly what we thought it would be. A personal reflection of herself. She is the most lovely guestgiver who has opened up her home in order to share this beautiful location with others. We were very warmly welcomed and felt immediately right at home here. There are many small quirks here but somehow they make the place all the more charming. We were lucky enough to have the room on top with private balcony which was so nice we didn't want to leave it. Be sure to stay for dinner - Rosa can cook as well!

Excellent host and wonderful accomodation! Mireta and Emri are fabhlohs hosts, they work hard to make you feel welcome, everything issuper clean and comfortable, the house quiet, beautiful flowers, great location, private parking, everything excellent!!!

Very authentic, charmiing and perfect place to spend quiet free time. The rooms are simple but very charming. The view is wonderful, one of the best place we have evwr stayed. The food is prepared with love and the local food is very tasty. The ownerr is very kind and ready to help or to assist any time.
