She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. Spacious and modern rooms, supersilent and good aircon. Wifi was strong everywhere, even on the beach. Ideal for us for remote work. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Gym was small but basically had everything you needed. Staff are helpful and nice, even bring your drinks to you if needed. Exceptional breakfast with fresh egg and soup stations. Would stay here again!

En suite bathrooms come with a shower and free toiletries. This place is the most perfect little haven for escaping the hustle and bustle of the mainland cities. We stayed here for two nights after Ho Chi Minh, before heading on to Hanoi and couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were beyond polite and so happy to assist. It’s spread out well but with a small number of guests so is beautifully peaceful. The food is also 5 star and we thought reasonably priced despite other reviews.

We had a birthday and the staff left a cute birthday message on the bed. Fireworks looks great from our sea-facing balcony, and the whole hotel smells nice. I really liked the many wall paintings adorning the lobby and restaurant. Great theming throughout the hotel and the staff are all so friendly. All the them are very proactive and some of them speak great English. The free buggy service around sunset town was easy to use and really convenient. The spa was very good as well. We enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area. Hope to come back again!
