Nice place away from the main road but very walkable to the sardine run area/beach. Very quiet inside the bedroom when we closed the bedroom door. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. Clean inside the room and within the compound. Has life vest in good condition for rent. Friendly staff helped us with our bags and orientated us with the rooms and other things we should know. At check-out, the staff kindly called for a tuk-tuk and ensured we will not pay an unreasonable tourist price.

Really nice dorms for couples (or not :) with good big bed, air conditioning and nice bathroom. The owners are really nice and every Friday they have a free boodlefight (a Filipino style feast) which was amazing and sooo tasty

This place is a gem, far enough away from the chaos but still close enough to everything you need. The facility is great with free juice and coffee. Clean fresh pool and clean rooms. The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners were INCREDIBLY helpful with booking rides and excursions. The beds were great, the water pressure wasn't great in the shower, but it was good enough. The location is perfect perfect perfect. Within walking distance of the main area with restaurants and coffee shops and excursions, but far enough away you can escape it.

It truly lives up to being a real hideaway — private, secluded, and wonderfully peaceful. The atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing, with the waves serving as a natural white noise while you sleep, and birds chirping in the morning as your alarm clock. The hosts Bill and Cristina were perfect: always prompt in communication, attentive, and warm. Breakfast each day was great, and we were delighted by a free room upgrade with the best views which made the view even more spectacular. If you want somewhere peaceful with excellent hosts, great communication, and a setting that helps you disconnect, this place is perfect. PS. The internet connection is great and did I mention that they have cute dogs too? 🙂

Ocean Vida Beach and Dive Resort oferece academia, jardim, terraço e restaurante em Daanbantayan. Com bar, este hotel está perto de várias atrações famosas. The resort is right on the beach, with bar and restaurant serving delicious food and drinks the whole day!! Breakfast is good and offers different options daily, food is covered with foil to prevent flies (something we didn’t see often in the Philippines). Cold water is always available and bottle refill for a minimum charge of 25 pesos. A little to no plastic is used and plenty of shade. The reception is really helpful and will help you with anything you may need (including finding a good massage). Right at the bar there is also the dive center offering curses and fun dives (EXCEPTIONAL). What we liked the most is the family atmosphere, the staff is great, friendly attentive helpful and welcoming!! We thank JM, Eileen, Karen, Shara and the rest of the staff for making our week in Malapascua amazing!

Em Ilha de Bantayan, Marilou Guesthouse oferece acomodação com churrasqueira e estacionamento privativo grátis para quem vier dirigindo. It’s a great value because it has great aircon and very clean. The caretaker was very nice. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever on the island again.
