There are two bedrooms with double beds, a room with double bunks and a sofa bed in the living room. The layout of the house is so good, and a huge bonus was a lockup garage. The kitchen was extremely well equiped plus there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The air-conditioning was very much appreciated as it was freezing, raining and hailing most of the day. Be sure to get supplies along the way as there really isn't any shopping in and around the area, though there are some cafes.

The tiled bathrooms have walk-in showers.These apartments are located off-site on the Esplanade and have views across the beach to the ocean. A perfect property and great value for money. We will definitely choose here next time we come back.

Kaka Point Spa Accommodation - Catlins is situated on the Southern Scenic Route, 100 metres walk to a swimming or surfing beach as well as a cafe and a bar. There are a variety of native bush walks in the surrounding areas. The location was perfect wonderful views over the bay. Lots of extra little touches which made it special. We thought it was going to be our last visit to Catlin's being in our 70's but after this superior accommodation we shall return.

One of the best stays we’ve had. Make sure to set your alarm for the stunning sunrise in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer!
