The apartment is great - every detail has been thought through, the quality of the finishes is outstanding but it's the view that we will remember the most. The apartment is high up a cliff and you feel in the middle of nowhere but yet it's an easy walk to the nearby beach or a bus to Shimoda. We enjoyed the BBQ facility for a cooked breakfast as well as the sauna after a long day walking. We didn't see much of the staff during the stay because there was easy self check in but when we accidentally left something behind in the room they were quick to help arrange for it to be sent to our next stop. We would love to stay again.

You really get the feel of Japanese hospitality. Our room attendant couldn’t speak English well but he explained the whole dinner and breakfast to us using google translate. Everything was delicious using regional specialties. The outdoor bath in the room was amazing. This was a really special part of our trip. I recommend arriving at the 3pm check-in time so you can bathe as many times as possible! The dinner experience was really cool. It was a full set up from 6-8pm in the room and they came to set up our futon beds after.

The owner is very friendly, kind, and helpful that we feel very welcome here. Definitely book here again if we visit Atami in the future.

This place is a luxury, you are treated exceptionally well, the staff is extremely helpful and kind and so very welcoming. The amenities and location are just amazing, you can walk along the beach as it's right across the street, There are only a few rooms so it is very peaceful, the onsens are amazing, the staff made us wonderful ice coffee to relax with outside as well. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was lovely to stay in this place. It is very central and also super close to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean! The owner is so nice! She really welcome us and we were able to exchange basic messages with her between English and basic Japanese with Google translator help. I would like to recommend this place, especially for foreigns who want to expirience a local atmosphere :)
