The lodge is set in lovely gardens in a quiet, rural area not far from eating places and historic sites. Our room was well appointed with comfortable furnishings, lots of space and everything we needed for our stay. Breakfasts were delicious with homemade granola, fresh fruit, pastries and a range of other choices for a hot or cold meal. Nick enjoyed an omelette each morning along with generous servings of coffee and tea.
