Galaxidaki is for us the absolutely best place to stay in Galaxidi. It is placed strategically in the liveliest location of the town, yet secluded enough to have peace and serenity. The rooms on the second floor have a stunning view on the city, parts of the pier, the opposite forest and the mountains in the far. Moreover, the rooms are very nicely decorated and equiped, clean, tidy and cozy. It was an absolute pleasure spending time there. The host cared about every little detail and left in the rooms materials on what to see in Galaxidi and the surrounding area. She even left complementary welcome gifts, which is realy heartwarming. The host was also very throughtful of our privacy regarding to agree on times when to refresh the bed sheets. To conclude, being experienced travellers in Greece, I would confidently say that Galaxidaki is among the best accomodations in the country, and would be happy to spend time there again.

Not far from town for dinner, and a short drive to Delphi. The hosts were very welcoming, and the little things made a big difference such as the local foods left for us, the terrace garden, and the accommodating use of a washing machine. We didn't want to leave.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Great location, nice and quiet and effectively in town with plenty of restaurants to choose. Hosts were excellent in serving their home cooked breakfast. Cleanliness was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Archontiko is 30 metres away from the 2 nearest beaches. The ancient oracle of Delphi is located 35 km away and the town of Itea is at 17 km. Araxos National Airport is 150 km away. The host was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent and was taken in a lovely courtyard outside. The hotel was a quite old building but it was in an excellent condition and had lots of charm. My bedroom was lovely too. The hotel is a little hard to find so do your map checks beforehand. That said, there were lots of signs around the town as to where the hotel was located. The hotel is situated a short walk from the seafront where there are lots of high end (and popular) restaurants. Galixi itself seeme a very nice town.
