The property includes 3 bars, one of which is beachfront, and 2 restaurants and offers free WiFi access throughout. The centre of Kalamata is 6 km away. The location was excellent, with beautiful nature all around. The private beach was very nice and comfortable. Our bungalow was spacious and perfect for a family stay with a 1-year-old child. We definitely recommend this hotel

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Villy's Comfort Zone Apartments is a recently renovated apartment located in Kalamata, less than 1 km from Kalamata Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation is 700 metres from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We stayed on the 5th floor and was great! It has an amazing balcony which you could sit and enjoy a meal. Note if you are unable to carry suitcase there is a few stairs to walk up with the suitcases.

Each unit is equipped with a terrace offering sea views, a flat-screen TV, a well-fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The hospitality of this host is incredible. The parking lot is private and separated. You can see the first beaches from the terrace and by car it takes a minute or two. On the terrace there is a wonderful view of Kalamata. In the morning you can drink coffee in the shade because of the nicely positioned terrace. And in the evening to watch a beautiful sunset. Hot water was available 24 hours a day. Everything is new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is the perfect size. The air conditioner is new, but the space is insulated, so you can do without it if you don't like it. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It looks even more beautiful in person. If you need anything, the host will provide it. He helped us a lot because it was our first time in Kalamata with advice on where to park and what to see. Given that we have stayed in more than 20 accommodations in Greece, this one is the best we have ever had.

A recently renovated property, Evripidou 7 - Kalamata Mediterranean Suites is set in Kalamata near Kalamata Beach, Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata and Pantazopoulio Cultural Center. The property features mountain and city views, and is 1.2 km from Public Library -Gallery of Kalamata. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Everything! Very efficient communication, flawless check-in, easy parking right in front (public street but lots of space), high-tech air purifier, efficient AC, super luxurious design, the most comfortable bed on the planet, sleek bathroom (with a fun window!), clean design and clean space. They also offer a sightseeing guide, have superb wifi, and there was a little balcony to hang clothes on to dry. I felt like the room was built yesterday and just for me :D About 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown, following a lovely locomotive park. One of my Top 3 hotel deals on my month in Greece; will always be back here when in Kalamata (which is a great city with a very friendly atmosphere).
