Aroha Taveuni Beachfront Bures tiene una alberca al aire libre, jardín, una terraza y bar en Waiyevo. Everyone was super friendly, the view was lovely, having the ocean as a lullaby was amazing! I had never hiked in my life and the 10k Coastal Walk was new to me, the sights were beautiful!!! Even snorkeling for the first time, that was certainly memorable. Real coconut cream and I now love papayas. :-D

Sam and Sarah have the ability to make people feel welcomed, and part of the family. Home cooked meals, freshly picked fruit, telling stories, the feeling of being home - these are things that can't be found at luxury resorts. During our stay, my partner and I did not have to worry about transportation, or going hungry; everything we needed was there. Sam would drive us around Taveuni, teaching us about Fijian culture, showing us different parts of the island, and showing off his witty sense of humor. Sarah made sure all of our needs were taken care of, offering us delicious food, teaching us things like how to pick fruit, and showing us how to cook authentic Fijian meals. Together, they work harmoniously to really make Aeroview what it is - a well-run, welcoming home. Sam, Sarah, and their family, showed us true Fijian hospitality, and created one of my favorite travel experiences.

Walking in to Lomani was truly a "WOW" moment and you instantly fall in love. Lomani has the most incredible view up on the hill of the Somosomo Straight right from it's own pool, it honestly doesn't feel real! We cooked our own breakfast in the large kitchen, loved roaming the grounds to find fruits (like pineapples) and tropical flowers. The wifi and Netflix are awesome additions too, but we just found ourselves enjoying switching off and gazing into the stunning sunsets and showered under the stars. Knox was so helpful and picked us up from the ferry, drove us to the shops for supplies, and lots of activities, including the beautiful Bouma falls and we also snorkelled the insanely colourful rainbow reef (amazing dive shop just down the road!). Our experience was enriched greatly by Knox and we enjoyed our time getting to know him. Saskia is also a fabulous host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay. Glass bottom kayaks and snorkel gear are also available but sadly we ran out of time to use them. There are so many activities to chose from, or equally opportunities to just relax, recharge, and connect with nature and each other. Knox even worked tirelessly all day to cook us a traditional Lovo on our final night at Lomani, which was so delicious and very memorable. It rained quite heavily during our time but it didn't dampen our experience at all. Lomani is a quaint cottage that feels cosy and spacious like home (but with ten times more incredible views). There is something deeply special about Lomani and we hope to return one day but stay longer than three nights. Taveuni is a tranquil, quiet, lush garden island teaming with wildlife, fruit, flowers and creatures (like frogs and geckos), along with such kind hearted people. Unlike anywhere we have ever been before. We are from a busy city and loved how Taveuni is the opposite.

El Coconut Grove Beachfront Resort ofrece alojamiento frente al mar en Matei, en la isla de Taveuni. The food was excellent - we had all our meals there and they were all delicious! The staff are all amazing people and the views were to die for! The rooms were comfortable and our view from the windows and patio was just awesome.

The luxurious Taveuni Island Resort & Spa is set on 10 acres of tropical gardens, a 2-minute drive from Matei Airport on Taveuni Island. The view, food, and staff hospitality were all amazing. The nights were exceptionally quiet, and snorkeling directly from the local beach allowed us to explore the ocean’s wildlife. Trips to the jungle with waterfalls were spectacular. Food is exceptional as well!

Este complejo ecológico funciona con energía solar y ofrece actividades como surf, buceo, snorkel y hamacas en la playa. Cuenta con un restaurante y ofrece alojamiento en bungalows tradicionales. Location was beautiful with bures directly above the sandy beach. Great swimming and snorkeling directly in front of resort and surf break only 2km out in front. Manager & staff were amazing - super friendly, great service and really helpful. The food was very good and meals with Spanish Mackerel were exceptional. Private, peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do. The full day around island snorkeling tour with picnic and smoked fish on the beach was a highlight. Incredible coral and fish on the 5 snorkeling sites we were taken to.

Paradise Taveuni is located on the island of Taveuni. Please book domestic flights to the island through www.fijiairways.com. Take a taxi from the Taveuni airport to the Resort (approx 60 mins). The snorkelling out the back of the hotel was lovely. There was a large staff to customer ratio which meant there was always someone to help you. Lots of lovely plants at the hotel and the rooms were nice. Free water refills is always appreciated.

El Maravu Taveuni Lodge, situado a pocos pasos de la playa de Taveuni, ofrece alojamientos con acceso a la playa y un arrecife colorido y vibrante. Hay WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. La gente que nos atendió, Cara, Mariana extremadamente amables, noches divertidas, tranquilidad, cerca del aeropuerto, calidad precio acertado. Buena comida. 10-15€ el plato bastante grande.
