I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

Incredibly luxurious hotel. Food was top-notch, breakfast buffet magnificent. Good gym. Beautiful garden.

The resort offers free WiFi in the lobby. We had an amazing experience during our stay at Gemma Resort. From the moment we arrived, Hazem at the Main Desk made us feel welcome, and his exceptional kindness and availability were present until the moment we left. He was always there to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. We were also very well taken care of by Mahmoud at the beach - always with a great smile - and the entire restaurant staff, especially Sameh at the beach restaurant, where we had lunch daily. Thank you all for your hospitality. A special thanks goes to the Submarine Diving Center, to our fantastic instructor Abdo, and his entire team for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for these incredible 7 days, Gemma Resort. We will definitely be back and have already started recommending you to our Portuguese friends. 10/10

The hotel is great! the room was amazing and the hotel facilities were also great. we had so much fun and really enjoyed the beach. The hotel staff is so friendly and they made sure to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Special thanks to Mohammed Ashraf, Mohammed Marzouk, Ahmed Ezat and Remon Nabil for their amazing service, they surely made our experience better!

JAZ Elite Riviera features certain rooms with sea views, and each room is fitted with a balcony. We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Elite Riviera. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Beach View from top roof is the best in Marsa Alam if you are looking for sunrise and sunset amazing hours.. very well trained staff especially Omar who was mastering his job and all are very friendly and attentive .. food is yummy and fresh with generous quantities .. rooms are very clean and you just feel coming back home after long day enjoying the scent of freshniss and cleanliness they use there .. cant forget Micheal .. Owner of the place .. a very gentle expierienced in tourism with all his knowledge of excergens and activities in Marsa Alam .. am sure everyone will want to go there again .. the atmosphere and hommy feeling u get from staff .. and Micheal taking care of all details and guests interests .. I personally felt the meaning of hospitality there .. I was about to forget the prime location of La Casa Guest House .. seriously amazing .. available transfer facilities all the time so no worries if you do not have a car.
