Sao Filipe Beach is less than 1 km from the bed and breakfast. Sao Filipe Airport is 1 km away. Stayed one night and very pleased. I did the walk from the airport and yes about 20 minutes flat. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. Great location, right near the square. I really liked the spacious balcony. Breakfast provided and on the more basic side but still fine to start the day.
