Our host was very gracious and helpful, driving us to the train station on our checkout date when it was raining. She also gave us excellent suggestions on areas to visit - something very useful as it was the first time we visited Switzerland. We will definitely stay there again if a future opportunity arises.

Property owner answer my question in booking.com promptly when I checked in late unplanned, they gave me instruction already but my miss to read it and then a helpful neighbor was so kind to relieve our worry and made the journey remarkable. A gentle reminder that the connecting bus number 60 is only 10min from Interlaken West but we must check its schedule since it runs only once an hour at night and in the morning. Once that time table is at hand with Google map, everything is set.
