This is an amazing villa! Everything is brand new. Modern design. Very thought thru. It has everything you need and even more! Great front porch with lounge chairs. Great back porch with a small patio table and a grill! Grill, Karl! We didn't go to restaurants in the evening - we just purchased wine and different fish every day and ate at the property! Saved tons of money. Two balconies view over the ocean or sunset, you decide! Kitchen was great. Bedrooms were great. We had such an amazing time. Walking from the villa to the beach is short - like a few minutes. Everything was close. There is a outdoor shower and rinsing station - so, you can brush off that sand before entering the house. The host was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place - some of our friends are already planning to visit Madeira and stay here

If you're looking for a local experience you're in for a treat. The rooms are very authentic and they got a fabulous view of the ocean. What makes it truly outstanding, is the restaurant. We had dinner 3 nights out of 4, and the restaurant was packed with people, especially locals, everytime. The maestro who runs the place is a true character as well. In all the good ways! Would definitely come back.

A lovely location with a view of the sea and mountains from the windows. The host was welcoming and helpful. Easy lift to 4th floor, good wifi and 2 TVs, coffee machine, kettle and microwave, cooker with hob, fridge freezer, washer and drier. Large living room, comfortable bedrooms and good shower. A good range of good value cafes, restaurants and bars a very short walk away but not noisy at night. A selection of small shops in the historic town nearby, 2 large supermarkets and the bus station about 10 mins walk away, a car hire opposite the building. A choice of south facing stony and sandy beaches with showers, toilets and food outlets. Water sport providers on the beach, fitness equipment and whale watching. Challenging hilly walks from the town and flat levada (narrow canal) walks a short bus ride away. A great location for a quiet romantic holiday or an active trip.

Situated on the island of Madeira, the Dom Pedro Madeira is located on the beach of Machico Bay.

Every element of the hotel was top class, the variety of food in the restaurant, which changed daily, meant we were never disappointed. All the staff were super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was a shuttle bus n and out of Funchal, and we never failed to get the time we wanted, however as it was April, I’m not sure that would be the case in the height of summer. There is so much to see and do in Madeira, very impressed on our first visit to this Island, it won’t be our last!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club. The location is simply unbeatable — perched on the edge of the ocean with breathtaking views and easy access to both nature and nearby attractions. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Their hospitality exceeded all expectations. The tennis court, set against the backdrop of the sea, is very nice. The pool area down by the ocean is spectacular. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and feels like your own private retreat. Very good restaurant as well. We were lucky enough to extend our stay by two extra nights, and so grateful we did. It gave us more time to soak in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely be back. This place is a true gem.

Views are stunning, it has everything there you could need for cooking, swimming, toys, washing ect very comfortable for a family. Very big villa with lots of space, all the bedrooms are outstanding with ensuites in all. Nice salt water pool.
