Its modern, big, clean. It has a very good rooftop bar with great view. The staff are nice and helpful (except the ones for breakfast, those ones seemed very annoyed every day).

Very nice place to stay in the very heart of the city of Funchal. Bars, coffee shops and restaurant 2 mins walking, first floor but still a lot of light. The small patio is very useful and charming. Few minutes walking from the ocean. The check in was very easy to organize and Guilherme is a very helpful and available person.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town.

Beautiful new flat, in a great location with a stunning view over the ocean and Cabo Girão. Lovely big terrace, which is not in the neighbours' line of sight so you can keep your privacy. The flat is very well furnished, beds are big and comfy. The public areas around the building are very clean and well kept, with a gym (that we haven't used), a nice swimming pool with sunbeds, a few picnic tables and a big terrace with a fountain. In the near future there's going to be a direct descent to Formosa Beach, as of June 2025 it's still being constructed. Good restaurants within 10 mins walk, we especially enjoyed Dona Nina and Tradicional Restaurant. Finally, a very kind and responsive agent (thank you, Alonso!).

What an amazing experience, the hosts were such a lovely couple and could not be more accommodating. The van had everything we needed and they provided us with details of lovely places to stay which all had toilets close by, the van had a shower, and all other required facilities. The host gave us a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks which was so nice and picked us up from the airport, even though it was late.

Large , beautiful apartment with three bedrooms, one of them overlooking the ocean, two bathrooms - one with shower, one with bathtube. Great patio where you can sleep and eat and talk while looking at the ocean and mountains was a plus. Located just next to the promenade alongside wide stony beach, with pool present on the apartments complex grounds . Contact with the owner was easy, he welcomed us in, showed all the practical details about the apartment and also gave us pointers to nearby activities. Checking in and out was unproblematic. Parking lot just outside the building. I would recommend it anytime.
