It was very clean. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult to carry large luggage. We only had one backpack, so it wasn't a problem. The staff were cheerful and helpful. They were quick to help us. It was nice that the toilet and shower booth were separate.I really liked the lavender scented body soap.There are slippers, bath towels and hangers in the room. The cleaning and bed making were perfect!There are universal power outlets so you don't have to worry about charging your smartphone.The walls are thin so you can hear the door next door open and close and the person next door sneezing, but once you're asleep it doesn't bother you.The kitchen was spotless, and the free drink corner was also helpful. I was also able to use the cups and plates freely, so I used the grab food to have breakfast.The location was great, I could walk along the coast and go to a hawker center within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Penang.
