This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Everything - I cannot fault this place. Absolutely beautiful, staff were so amazing and for an all inclusive resort the food was spectacular. To this day my boyfriend says he has not had better bacon in his life from the breakfast buffet lol!

    The apartment is situated in a very good location, right on the beach (no sea view) so it is very practical to take a sunbed by the pool and go swim in the ocean (or the pool) It offers some useful equipment such as a small tent, playing cards or beach towels. It is very quiet on the bedroom side. The surrounding area offers lots of possibilities (restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment, etc).

    We liked everything! Perfect location right on the beach, owner Michelle is very helpful, view from balcony is unforgettable! Kitchen has all needed equipment, bed is very big and comfortable, and food in restaurant downstairs is delicious. Apartment is also very clean.

    This hotel has the best beach in Cancun and the location is perfect. Choose the rooms with seaside view, because the other side is a littlebit noiser. The hotelstaff was nice, and helpfull. The food in the Aqua Marine Restraurant was great, and the swimming pool bar is also great with good price. The coco bongo club is close to this hotel, and the Ferry to the Isla Mujeres is 5 minute walk. The rooms are a littlebit older, but clean and the bed is very good.

    - Having a sunset view definitely made up for not having an ocean view. - Having direct access to the private beach/ocean was definitely THE best feature of this property. - My kids loved the facility's pool. And it has a beautiful view of the ocean. - Beach/bath towels were provided for every guest which was nice. - The property is gated with security at the gates and patrolling the facility. It felt safe. - The guards were friendly and helpful. - It was the most budget friendly accommodation in the hotel zone.
