The best place I have ever stayed! The entire experience oozed luxury. From start to finish, we were amazed. The staff were incredible, there to make sure we had the best time and catered to our every need. Our room, the restaurants, all the facilities were perfect. Truly a secret paradise and there aren’t enough words to do this place justice. You must experience it for yourself.

The hosts were superb - friendly and helpful. We stayed here after a long road trip around the Yucatan. It was a great way to decompress and enjoy a quiet area. We could have taken advantage of all the Bahia amenities but chose to enjoy the Country Club setting itself. We played a round of golf on the Par 3 course which was tricky but fun - especially with a family of coatis to greet us on the 5th! The bird and animal life on the estate is impressive as are all the amenities such as the restaurants and hotels. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious and we greatly appreciated the pool with a view! We made use of the fridge and were impressed with the microwave although were not sure how one could use it without utensils etc. The view over the water and jungle was lovely.

Perfect private location for relaxing in the sun in pure 5 star luxury, everything from the Bach, the pool, the rooms with the most comfortable beds EVER to the most fabulous foods ever eaten anywhere in the world. The palms side has charm and the grounds are looked after well. Walking around it is a joy. But the best thing about staying here was the entertainment team. Benjamin, Louis, Ariana, Geraldine, Maria and Carlos were brilliant at organising the various activities. The Yoga and aqua fit classes were fun and effective. The Volleyball was well attended making. It a lot of fun and other assorted activities throughout the day were great. There are many different parts to the resort allowing for quiet areas as well as louder more active parts. We would definitely return.

The most beautiful beach I've been to so far. Dreamlike environment, wonderful sea, corals, raccoons, huge butterflies, real jungle environment, everything perfect. Very nice host, the apartment is comfortable, spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable. The sea is fantastic from the terrace. For everyone I recommend this place!
