Beach Hotels in Mahibadhoo

First of all, I highly recommend you read it until the end. An excellent facility on a small and quiet local island full of underwater riches. As soon as you put your feet into the water at the tourist beach, you are surrounded by dozens of different species of fish, but swimming with the fish seen on Youtube is a priceless experience. Mr. Ahmad, the owner of the hotel, is a very polite and helpful person. He is very professional in making all the necessary arrangements for you when you arrive from the capital to the island, in welcoming you at the entrance and when you leave the island. If you want to participate in off-island activities, they will help you as much as they can. You have breakfast as an open buffet at the best restaurant on the island. You should definitely try the product made especially from fresh tuna. Among the 4 hotels I stayed in on 4 different islands during my Maldives trip, this was definitely the newest, cleanest and cheapest. I can guarantee that you will feel at home in this hotel. I would also like to consider that restaurants, off-island activities, and many other things on the island are cheaper than on many tourist islands. Also; Mahibadhoo may not be the best island in the Maldives, but it is a fact that there are better ones in terms of nature and tourism. But if you really want to relax in a quiet environment, this quiet and tiny island located in the natural wonder South Ari Atoll is definitely one of the best local islands you can find. Never mind that the tourist beach is smaller than some, because there are only a few people on the beach at most, so the beach is yours! I definitely recommend splitting your Maldives holiday across more than one island, as I did, and devoting at least some of it to this island and this hotel.

friendly staff, great location near the beach

We had an amazing time in Noomuraka Inn. First of all, the staff are the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived they had prepared us a pleasant surprise for our honeymoon. Each time besides the meal, they offered some kind of fruit. The room was tidy and clean everyday. The guesthouse is close to the bikini beach. The staff from Noomuraka Inn provided us a beach umbrella and snorkeling equipments for free, which we found to be a generous thing to do. During the excursions Isham filmed everything, including me, with the GoPro videos and transferred everything to my phone without any extra charge. Hassan helped us to accomplish our dream, which is to visit the resort island. There was no speedboat going to that island, so he arranged everything including transfer to the airport from another island. We liked the place so much that we want to return back next year. We are very grateful to all personnel.

Overly kind and welcoming staff, great room and close to the bikini beach

The everyone was very welcoming. When my boat arrived someone was there to pick me up and drive me to the hotel. Check went smoothly and the room was very nice. They even had welcome written on the bed with grass and flowers. Complimentary filtered water was provided.

The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offer buffet meal which has a lot of varieties from which we can select our likes. All the food items were so delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I loved every bit of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hangnaameedhoo is a lovely island, not so crowded, wild, with lots of vegetation, great beaches and snorkeling spots, and an authentic local experience. Coral Beach is perfectly located on the beachfront (nice beach right in front of the property, and very close to the Bikini beach). We were upgraded to a Sea-view room with terrace at the first floor, free of charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got free snorkeling masks. Breakfast was buffet, and very good.

This island is a hidden gem! The beaches are stunning, and the coral reef is a must-see. The island it self is a great place to experience local island life and culture. The guesthouse is close to the beach which is easier to go by yourself anytime you want. The guesthouse staffs are super friendly and helpful. My room very spacious and very clean. The rooms was cleaned every day and I'm very grateful for it. There are shops with everything you need, and you can enjoy evening walks on the island's streets.
