The location was perfect, Porto Montenegro in 2 min walk, beach is just in front of the hotel. Bus stop is in 5 minutes walk and cost 2€ to Kotor. Beautiful view if you take a room with a sea view. Breakfast is perfect. Everything is quite thoroughly designed.

Perfect location at 20m from a beautifull beach. Near good restaurants. Nice view on the harbour with the superyachts! The wine, beverages and snacks was a very nice extra! Thx! Beautifull, well equiped terrace!

If you want excellent location, good value for money and all amenities to make your stay just like home - look no further. This place is located right next to the beach and has all household appliances you might need for a short or longterm stay. It has parking, amazing view and is very spacious even for larger families. The owner is extremely nice and will accomodate your wishes to the best of his abilities. Our stay was 10/10 and will definitely stay again if we get a chance to come back to Tivat. An absolutely fabulous place. The gated community of Lustitsa is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very friendly and helps with any questions. The apartments were very comfortable.

First of all - the location! Just perfect. And the beach in front of the hotel is so convenient and romantic. Great service and delicious, fresh food in the restaurant. The girl from reception was more than perfect, she welcomed us and checked us in quite early (as early as 8:30 in the morning) and completely free of charge. And last but not least, the comfortable and convenient apartment with attention to every detail. There is private, free parking - it was very convenient. We recommend!
