I absolutely loved staying here. The place is rather secluded, away from tourist crowds, but what you're getting outweighs this in so many ways. And you're getting: (1) the host who is always eager to help and who, I could see, really cares about the property and keeps it well-functioning at all times, (2) a personal chef who cooks delicious meals to your order every evening — the prices are more than reasonable, and the food I tried in nearby restaurants doesn't even compare to the quality of these home-cooked wonders, (3) amazing and helpful staff who make sure all your needs are met, (4) beautiful clean beach just 20-30 meters away from your room, (5) picturesque sunsets you can view right from the balcony.

I like just everything! Its not possible to not like something there, staff are so great ,they make sure you leave Sri Lanka that it's best country on planet . Hotel room is so beautiful, view from my room will never leave my heart ,I love each detail of this hotel ,art everywhere ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and I must say it offers an excellent combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation. The photos provided are entirely accurate, and the warm reception we received made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is well-guarded, providing a sense of security throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, making for a great start to each day. We enjoyed the comfortable pool, and the premium access to the ocean, just 30 seconds away, was a standout feature. The service provided by the staff, from the airport to the villa, was truly five-star. It was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Sri Lanka.

Everything about this place is outrageously exceptional. The staff are INCREDIBLE. The food is AMAZING. The location is PERFECT. We honestly had the best time staying here mostly realxing in and beside the pool, lazing on the beach, frolicking in the waves and watching gorgeous sunsets. The staff under Rizwan's amazing management ensured that we always had what we needed and were always around just when we needed something. Honestly it was like a home away from home and we will DEFINITELY be returning.

For the last night stay in Sri Lanka we have decided to stay somewhere beside the sea, so we booked in Larn's Villa Hotel & Apartment. We been greeted by lovely owners. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They also have a swimming pool, which was great on a hot day 😄 We have chosen to have dinner in the property and ordered fish dishes which was very tasty and done by owners wife. 😘 In the morning we had a lovely breakfast too. We wish to thank the owners for their fantastic hospitality. After long conversation it was a time to leave and we all fell that we are leaving behind our family. If you ever looking to stay somewhere beside the sea in the quiet area- this is the place 🌞⛱️👍💕

Very well maintained property and hotel. The staff is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. When I check-in I was offered an upgrade to one of their best villas with a pool. Very clean room and amenities. Very good and filling breakfast with a nice restaurant. Moreover, the property is just a stone throw away from the beach!

Nilantha and his staff gave every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us Aussie beginners fix up our Sri Lankan/Indian outfits for the wedding we attended at a nearby resort. The hotel is on the peninsula's best little beach - a quiet, almost private cove. We really enjoyed the hospitality, especially on our first night when a musician/singer entertained us all for free over dinner, and people of all nationalities enjoyed a dance. Then there's Nilantha's community work. His hotel helps support 2 local orphanages (a humbling experience to visit) as well as other local micro businesses. We encourage people to stay at the hotel and support Nilantha's charitable endeavours.
