We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. One of the most friendly people we have ever met. The place Coastal Villa in Kallady, Batticaloa turned out to be one of the most beautiful places we've been in Sri Lanka. Very calm and outstanding clean. Not only the room and the atmosphere but especially the householder Jutha and his family were taking the best care of everything I needed. For us it was a real pleasure to stay there on our Journey. If you have the chance to stay there, just do it, nobody would regret. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and huge by the way. Everything was perfect – the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, with everything brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and welcomed us with ice cream, which was such a sweet touch! The food was delicious, and the location is just a short walk from the seaside. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves – such a rare and relaxing experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for tranquility and comfort!

A lovely stay in a remote location. Quite limited in regards to local facilities, but perfect for those looking to escape the crowds. The owner and caretaker were wonderful, warm and friendly people, and the room was a great size and equipped for all you could need.

Amazing accommodation 🤩. The room was clean and the bathroom too. My room had a garden too. There is the possibility to do laundry and rent a bicycle. The owner was the best. Always a smile on his face and he made me feel at home. He helped me too when I was recovered in the hospital and he came visit me to see if I was OK and brought me a blanket and food. Thank you so much! 😊

A secluded and relaxing place. Villa is was very spacious and well appointed. Joseph the host was very accommodating. The accommodation is right on the beach. Watch the fishermen haul in the nets in the morning. Meals were very good although not cheap. A little bit out of the way but if you want total relaxation, seclusion and a peaceful stay at a very reasonable price for the area this is highly recommended. The touches of candle lit on the terrace at night, flower pond at the entrance of the villa, nice eating area all add to the atmosphere.

Nice secluded location, new building, clean and comfortable, great view from verandah over palms to ocean. Breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly and helpful I think we were first westerners to stay here and provide objective review. Read others and make your own conclusions.
