What can I say. Superb does not even come close. Anja's communication and assistance to make our stay even more special. The rooms are brand new, comfortable and also look beautiful. The roof terrace was a bonus and we had a lovely Prosecco there - "on the house". The location in town is perfect, central but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent too.

Friendly staff. Very cheerful. Its oh soooo clean! Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all you need and nothing to much. Facility is on the wonderful lake. All was great.

The staff was wonderful!!! One of them even gave our son a giant tin of Pokemon cards after noticing our son’s collection, it made his whole experience memorable, he is still talking about it! Also the Aperol Spritz and the gin tonic are delicious!! Even though the hotel is on the boardwalk in a busy spot, the rooms are quiet!
