From start to finish everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a chore, the pool is incredible, as was the breakfast and lunch options. My 8/10 rating is based on the price/quality ratio. Don't expect the standard of German hotels, but more like a summer camp for scouts. This place is for people on a budget, but the staff was above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Especially people working in the kitchen and front desk. I wouldn't mind staying there again for a night or two.

Beautiful hotel, great location, run by friendly and helpful people. The room is sufficiently large and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was superb with the Carrara marble plates. Also we received a lot of help from the staff as they recommend great restaurants, booked a superb place on the nearby beach and gave advices regarding Cinque Terre. Also it is a great starting location to visit Cinque Terra by boat or by train.

Amazing neighbourhood and cute balconies to every room. Also walking distance to the beach. The host spoke only Italian but was an absolute sport to us using g-translate to which she obliged and also did not mind repeating the same message when g-translate wasn't being kind.
