This place exceeded my expectations - it was perfect in every way and I hope to come back again! I had a whole house to myself, and it was in an area that was super quiet - perfect if you are looking for some peace and quiet! The house itself is very spacious and also very, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves lapping onto the shore. The view in the morning was incredible - easily the best view on the Lake. Nicolas the owner was very friendly and helpful - for example, he gave me the phone number of a local tuk-tuk rider that I used during my time there. Nicolas, thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

This was a great spot that looked family owned and run. It was very clean. It was a relaxing spot close to town but far enough away to not hear any noise. Hot showers, comfy bed, and a great price. It also had a common area for kitchen

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sababa Resort. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the town. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options. We loved the hotel. So calm, so quiet. the room and bathroom was clean and functional. the rooftop is sooo nice. very nice view on the lake and very calm. That's rare ! The staff were really really nice René and the hotel manager were so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend.

The whole Apartment was amazing and located on main street in city center (2 minutes from main dock). Be aware it can be noisy and night given its location. My Favorite place was the balcony where you felt like being part of the street life. Also the flat was spaceous and fully equipped (in case of missing things just ask the host). Host was always available and helpful. He even picked us up after a hike.

I spent my first night at a location in town and the town can be very noisy. Refugio del Volcan is about mile and half from the main strip of restaurants and bars, but it was a perfect quiet escape for sleeping in the evenings. James was a fantastic host with lots of information regarding the area and suggestions for exploration, dining and more.
