Loved the location and sitting on the terrace off our room. Owner was lovely and gave us a very late checkout which was so good as we were on a late ferry. Great to have a beach to swim at in front of our room

The location was superb. The property is located only 5 minutes’ drive from the ferry port and it is also 5-minute drive to the town of Vathy. The house is situated on a quiet cove, featuring a ‘private’ area where you can look at the sea and mountain on the opposite side. The view from the room is second to none - you feel so turn to the nature. It was really relaxing to be surrounded by nature like this. We loved the outside porch area of our room as well as the inside of the room. The accommodation is beautifully and tastefully designed and it is very comfortable to stay. The owner is very professional and friendly and we had a wonderful one week here. We also rented a boat from the owner’s company and he was kind enough to bring his boat to the private decking area, so we could have a boat trip from the accommodation directly. This was our 9th trip to a Greek islands and we have always stayed at nice accommodations but Akasha Suites 2 was the best accommodation we have stayed at!

Everything! Beautiful little place. All the little things were thought of, laundry powder, tea, coffee, orange juice etc.

Great position with fabulous views. Easy walking distance of beautiful coves and beaches, and the lively town of Vathy. Mostly level walking with some hills to more distant beaches. Lovely walking area. Stunning scenery. Quiet and peaceful. Villa Marika is a lovely, comfortable villa with a traditional and homely feel. It is well-equipped and ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It is situated in an ideal position, slightly elevated above sea level with far reaching sea, harbour and Mountain views. Lovely terraces on which to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. We have stayed here several times and intend to return several times!

The welcome we received was extraordinary! The property is a great character and very helpful. I went with my 2 year old and it was very comforting to have such a welcome! The location is perfect and you can walk to the center in a few minutes. The view is great too!

Everything: great location, great views, clean space, nice decoration. You will find that the appartment has everything you need to make you feel like home: all the needed utensiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and for the room, you even have place to wash clothes. Also they have prepared outdoor spaces to eat for the day and for the night to ensure you are covered from the sun. Adamantia is the best host ever, she is kind and respectful. She makes you feel really welcomed and like at home. We are looking forward to come back!

Studio Fetsi was a fantastic place to stay in the loveliest village in Ithaki. Kiki and Eri made us feel at home and shared the most wonderful local tips to make our stay in Kioni a memorable one! We luckily had the chance to meet them in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas before our time Ithaki and they were kind enough to invite us over for a hello and a chat :) As for Studio Fetsi, the interior and exterior are even more impressive than the photos and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The history and their love of the property is palpable. We highly recommend it for a cozy and authentic visit to one of the most beautiful spots in the Ionian islands!
