Very good location close to beach and not in the center, but everything is close. Beautiful sea view from balcony, comfy rooms, nice and clean pool area, very good and helpful staff. I'm planning to come back for a longer period next year, I really enjoyed the hotel and the area.

The property is recently completed and very beautifully and tastefully done. Clean and neat, inside and outside. Great location, and the owners are lovely people who provided helpful welcome gifts and even brought us breakfast from the bakery on one day. The pool is great. Furniture is great.

Nicholas was amazing. He was the perfect host. I have made a friend for life! Everything about the apartment was fabulous. It was really a home from home, and Nicholas was keen to ensure that it felt that way. It was so near the beach, bars, restaurants, and markets. It was the perfect location! We were very sad to go, but we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Nicholas, for making our stay so wonderful.

It's always excellent here! The staff is so lovely and I always feel welcomed (especially as traveling on my own as a woman). I have a house on one of the nearby island and this is ALWAYS the place I stay at between my flight and ferry. The water (0.1min from the hotel) is beyond dreamy (great for snorkeling!!) And food/cocktails are excellent. I brought my mom and sister here too who loves it and said as well they feel very safe:) I've stayed here probably 10 times for the past 2 years and it's my first choice everytime:):) no need to stay anywhere else and the rooms are great and clean:):)

It is on a mountain so no mater how hot is it you don’t feel it , of course you can go directly to the beach, the varaieity of the restaurant is very authentic

Mitsis Norida, situated right on a sandy beach, boasts an open air theatre, 6 restaurants and 7 bars. The hotel is found only 5 km from Kardamena and 30 km from the town of Kos.

The location of Norida is inside a little village with several other Mitsis hotels: Blue Domes and Summer Palace. The nice and clean pebble beach with water sports facility of other hotels a few steps away is excellent (just don’t expect to find a place after 7am first two rows next to the sea. Lounge chairs weren’t that comfortable, they were better by the pool and on the grass. The staff is exceptional: from the kind and helpful ladies at the reception (Soteria, Katarina) to the fantastic activity program yoga, Pilates, beach volley, aqua gym and tennis by Sophia, Parthenia and lady from Lausanne and the kids club was great with Effy and the girls with the funny name(s) according to our daughter. Service in restaurants: the staff was correct and enough to deal with the high amount of people, all did their best and made contact with the guests. Food: plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. It was nice to be able to have also additional food choices on the beach like pizza, gyro pita and near pools: ice cream and pancakes. Evening program was nice with possibility to go to other hotels for different shows. Also pleasant open air fitness area and salty water pools! There is a possibility to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel and take the bus to Kos city. The foam dino during the last days of our stay was such a good idea! The kids loved it. The quizz movie and song nights were a good way to let the brain work, similar games would be even more fun.
