We loved everything at Hotel Otsneba. Great quality for the price. The staff from this hotel are awesome people, kind and eager to resolve all clients ' wishes. We had a free transfer from the Batumi airport, which we appreciated very much. The beds are very comfortable. Great location, just across the street from the beautiful promenade and beach. Miss Nona is a remarkable woman who runs gracefully this hotel. We ate all meals at the restaurant of the hotel .The food is very tasty and at very affordable prices. I'll post few photos with their menu and prices in July 2024.

I absolutely loved the location — it was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the balcony, we had a beautiful view of the sea, and there was also a window that let in the fresh mountain air. Right in front of the house were eucalyptus trees, and just a few steps away was a staircase that led directly to the beach. In front of the yard, there was the cutest little café with a sea view and incredibly delicious food. We tried almost everything on the menu, and everything was absolutely delicious. After this experience, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for a beach holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back many more times. Huge thanks to the lovely hosts for creating such a warm and comfortable atmosphere and for their wonderful hospitality!

First of all, the hosts are some of the sweetest and loveliest people we've interacted with. Akhmed and Tsiuri welcomed us like we've already know each other before and really met us with the warmest atmosphere. The room itself was super clean, the view was lovely, looking right at the beach so we could see the sunsents every evening. There was a small balcony to chill on, really cozy. We arrived with our pet dog and there was no issue at all, the hosts welcomed our doggo like they welcomed us. The room really exceeded my expectations, it was much better than in the photos. There is an aircon which is definitely a must in the heat. In terms of the location, the house is on a slight hill and there is a staircase to shorten the way to the beach but it might be slightly challenging for some people. Make sure to walk slow and steady and it gets easier to manage. Once you walk town the stairs the beach is just across the road. There is also a small cafe run by Tsiuri just around the corner of the house on the ground floor and her food was one of the tastiest homemade food we've had! There is a really lovely menu with loads to choose. We had a small accident where one of us became unwell due to a personal issue and had to visit the clinic and both Akhmed and Tsiuri were so thoughtful. They checked on us multiple times, called us to see if we were okay and kept an on on our dog which had to obviously stay in the room. Overall great location and the loveliest hosts to welcome you! Will definitely go back next summer!
