Fabulous location, the hotel is amazing in every aspect, beautiful views from bedroom window, lovely, spacious room with seating area and large bathroom. Bathrobes supplied and generous tea/coffee facilities, replenished daily. Staff were lovely, food was very good and the ambience of the hotel was just amazing. The village of Luss is about 10mins walking distance and that is just beautiful with a pier where you can access short boat trips. We opted for a 2hour Loch Lomond trip from another location but only 12 mins drive. After our 3 day trip we were totally relaxed and recharged, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this lovely hotel and location.

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.

Homely vibe, gorgeous location on the edge of the Loch, and the reception staff were just so lovely and really cared about their guests having an enjoyable stay. Tracey in particular really looked out for us and was extremely helpful with any questions we had! About 10 minutes walk back to the hotel bar where they serve a great pub dinner after a day of walking.
