    Staff are very nice . Thanks for mr ahmed and Mena from front office check in for their outstanding service. Housekeeping personal doing a great job . Breakfast is delicious. Beach is clean and in good sharp with very nice settings. Best hotel management.

    Fast . Smooth and professional check in .all front desk staff doing the best they can to satisfy any request or accommodation. All people have a high hospitals skill . Location is amazing . Breakfast meet all high standards expecting . The beach is very clean and well organised. The swimming poll attendants and waitresses are nice and working hard . Overall this place is amazing and all personal staff is amazing. Very good management . I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

    The hotel was super clean. Also, had very very pleasant service, especially Ammar from housekeeping who was very decent, pleasant and always smiling. The room was clean and spacious. They also kept giving us so many complementary extras. The location of the hotel was lovely. You can either face the city and the nile river or face the seaside where the nile meets the sea.
