Excellent customer service, amazing architecture/ design and smart floorplan. Excellent room (free upgrade)! Great ambiance though also respecting tranquility for the guests. Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

A Perfect Getaway – We’ll Definitely Be Back! This beautifully maintained hotel is set in a stunning bay, with a scenic seaside promenade perfect for walks. Snorkeling is easy right off the beach, and there’s even a dive club on-site for the more adventurous. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped — ideal for a relaxing stay. The resort features three lovely swimming pools with plenty of loungers; no need to rush or reserve. The food is great: the buffet is varied and enjoyable, and the à la carte restaurant rivals a top European brasserie in quality and atmosphere. The staff — from the pool and evening bars to the restaurants — are friendly, helpful, and multilingual. They’re present without being pushy, especially when it comes to tips, which makes you feel at home. The entire resort — rooms, gardens, bars — is kept spotlessly clean. The reception and PR officers are always available and eager to help. Entertainment runs all day and well into the evening, with something for every age.
