The facilites are perfectly maintained. This is my eight trip to Marsa Alam and this hotel has been the best so far. Well done all of you and especially the great gala night for christmas. Great memories have been made.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)! Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!

We had the best stay in Steigenberger Coraya Beach. i so recommend this place if you want to try a real 5 star experience. The service they offer is just unbelieveable, you think of something and they find a way, no matter what. Never experienced such a thoughtful way of handling guests, we literally couldn't think of anything we needed, because here it was all provided, without needing to ask. Very warm welcome from all the staff, in the end we had a feeling that it was more of a family than hotel guests and personnel. Everybody was really nice, they had events for the guest all the time, food was great and many many options every day, there was not a boring moment in the whole week. Great shisha place, where you can even sit outside next to the sea and smoke shisha there. Great idea and set up for such an activity. Staff is constant asking for feedback in order to improve their services, so all in all, we couldn't have found a better hotel for our holiday, we had a great stay, and we definitely will go back if we will have the chance. Thank you for everything once again, the best holiday ever for us, and big part of it is because of your hotel and service. Definitely 5 stars! 🌟

Everyone was very nice, beach was super nice. They even let us stay till 3 pm in our room and let us eat dinner before it even started because we had flight later that day and had to leave early. Room cleaner Mohamed was very polite and our room was always very clean and the reception manager gave us room nice room next to the beach with great sea view. Waiters were all very nice and always smiling.
