We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

The Jaz Maraya Resort had absolutely everything we needed! We were amazed with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere here, and all staff were so professional. Service was excellent, and facilities and entertainment programs made our stay even more fun and fulfilled. Special thanks to Mr. Salama from the restaurant who made our dining special every time, to Mr. Ahmed from Sea Horse restaurant, Mr. Yaser, and all other team members! I recommend Jaz Maraya Resort from my heart!

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. Hotel Solymar Reef is very well maintained and very clean. The food is of very high quality and has amazing taste. Everyday you'll find fresh vegetables and fruits. Deliciously prepared meat and fish! From the restaurant you have sea view, which is amazing. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful. No loud or drunken guests. No aggressive sales techniques. In Hotel Solymar Reef you can get to relax and recharge. Tho the integrity and calmth, there are plenty of things to do if you like some activity during your holiday: yoga, cooking lessons, boccia, dancing, enjoying musical performances, excursions. There were always enough sunbeds, both beachside as poolside. The coral reef and fishes can be seen both from getting into the water from the beach as from the built platform. There's also always a lifeguard present at the platform to help and guard. In a 10-minute walk over a perfectly paved footpath, you can get to the beautiful Coraya Bay for more snorkeling. Any requests that you have as a guest, you just have to turn to the reception or anyone from the staff and they'll do their best to help you. For exemple Ramadan eating hours we're not 100% within the usual opening times of the restaurant. And so they brought Suhoor to the room at 04h in the morning. We will certainly return soon.
